Summary: Cabana Bay Resort was a home run for our family trip! Staff was amazing, tons to do for my active teens and the price was family budget friendly! Highly recommend.

Summary: Volcano bay is literally right there behind the resort. The walk is very short. They have a good bus drop off and pick up. You can walk to city walk and Islands of Adventure in their private walllking pass. They have a lazy river, fire pit, movie night at the pool and a bunch of games indoor and outdoor. The only negative was regarding putting money on your room key to pay at the resort and the parks. After the initial $50s, they never added the additional amount requested. I was told it was fixed but, it wasn't. Then I asked the next day and they said it was but it wasn't. Same thing after the 3 day of reporting the issue.

Summary: Decent hotel for the price. The staff aren’t rude but they arent particularly helpful. Only had 5 pillows for 6 of us in our room. Took two attempts and a visit to reception to eventually get another one. Ring close to volcano bay was excellent.
